I'm just a Mommy still trying to find her way in this world.  I feel as though I am on the right path and learn more about myself every day.  I am recently discovering that I am a writer at heart, as writing comes natural to me. 

I am the girl that used to write long letters, I am the annoying friend that sends longggg  emails, and the annoying lady that posts long comments on facebook.  I have a story for everything and am an obsessive compulsive list maker and budgeter.  I have always loved to journal and blog about my personal life and now I would like to share any knowledge I have gained in life.

I am big on self improvement and am always looking for ways to better myself inside and out.  Over the years I have obsessively researched and tried home remedies or products to aide in repairing things that made me unhappy with my physical self.  I would just like to share a little of that too. 

I am not an avid poetry writer but have written a few that are very deep and special to me.  I might eventually share them here.  I am a hopeless romantic that is also very jaded.  I am big on self help & self discovery.  I like to learn new things & educate myself on world matters.  I try to stay up to date on what is going on in the middle east as of recently.  (looks like we're heading for World War 3)  

I like to laugh...they say that laughter is the best medicine...I'll have to agree.  I love inspirational quotes.  I believe in Jesus, he is my savior.  I enjoy cooking and love to find new recipes.  I have a recipe drawer full of recipes and also have an online account that is 8 years old full of recipes.  I like to bake when I 'have time'.  I love the beauty of nature and everything around me.  I have been a cat lover my whole life and have 3 at the moment.  My kids and my cats are my life.  

As far as work goes, I have done everything and anything over the years to bring money into my home.  Self employed housekeeper, postal service, office work (receptionist, filing clerk, "office slave girl" lol, I worked with taxes, CNA, etc, etc.  Right now I am a single mom that takes care of a child with a neurological disability when he is ill.  His disability began almost 3 years ago after a head injury.  This keeps me at home.  

I am an entrepeneur at heart.  Ever since I was about 18 I have looked into ways to work from home.  More intensely the past 4 years.  My sons illness forced me to finally be real about it.  Right now I am trying to jump start a few well thought out ways to make money from home and pray that it works out for me and my children.

Aside from all of that I am a Mommy first and foremost.  

The topics that I write about here will vary.  I plan on writing about serious topics....things that I have a passion about.  Things that I have been through and can relate to.  I will also share poetry and beauty tips.  I would like to share a little bit of everything.  Once I find the time that is.  I joined over a year ago.  

At first I jumped right into writing....after reading a lot about hubpages first and educating myself of course!  Then I started another project for the past year which took me away from hubpages...website building.  Oh and I wrote a 'how to' book lol.  I am a busy bee.
